This Cookie Policy explains how EmesOrd Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), trading as UniFluent, uses cookies and similar technologies on unifluent.co.uk (the "Website"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

If, and only if, you choose "Accept All" in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the Website — for example which pages are read and which resources are downloaded. The Google Analytics script is not requested at all until you accept, and choosing "Reject Non-Essential" means it is never loaded.
We use Google Consent Mode with all storage denied by default. Advertising and personalisation signals remain denied at all times, and we do not use Google Analytics data for advertising.

Google acts as our data processor for this analytics data, and may transfer it outside the UK/EEA under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics 4 is the only third-party service that sets cookies on this website, and only after you accept it in the banner. Our website also loads the Font Awesome icon library from a CDN, which does not set cookies.
Third-party services are blocked by default and are not contacted until you give explicit consent through the cookie banner. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection; you can also delete the cookies through your browser settings.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
